Starting as a Senior Microbiologist at Alembic Pharmaceuticals and later as QC Executive at Torrent Pharma, Mihir gained valuable expertise in microbiology lab management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. His dedication earned him a role in QA at TrueCare Biomedix, where he advanced to senior management, overseeing operations, audits, and customer relations for over a decade. Mihir was instrumental in establishing TrueCare Biomedix as one of India’s fully integrated, fast-growing pharmaceutical companies focused on manufacturing generic formulations exclusively for the United States.
